Help Desk

The NGS helpdesk runs 24 hours per day from 1st October to 30th April each year.

NGS offer a 24 Hour Help Desk, which is operated by trained staff who provide a professional caring service to deal with any problems or concerns that arise or to provide any support and information.

NGS’s customers are able to call the help desk at any time of the day for treatment updates or severe weather warnings.

This help desk operates from NGS’s operational hub and is based in the control centre and so it has access to all tracker and service information therefore allowing the trained staff to assist, support, keep clients informed and deal with any specific matters.
